• Remaining payment must be cleared before final delivery

The client agrees to:

Delays from the client side may affect delivery timelines.

• Timelines depend on project scope and client cooperation
• Wise Infotech is not responsible for delays caused by lack of communication or content from the client

8. Intellectual Property

• All final deliverables become the client’s property after full payment
• Wise Infotech retains the right to showcase the project in its portfolio

9. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party services (e.g., hosting, domains, ad platforms).
Wise Infotech is not responsible for:

• Downtime or issues from third-party providers
• Changes in third-party policies or pricing

10. Limitation of Liability

• The client violates terms
• Payments are not made
